Support Service - How it works
1. Raising a support ticket: Simply login to your account and click on ‘Support’ from the main left-hand menu and then ‘Create new ticket’. Provide all the details of your request and submit. We will be notified immediately & you will receive an automated acknowledgement.
2. Reply times: A support team member will then reply personally based on which plan you have, as follows: • Essentials Plan – within 6 hours • Optimise Plan – within 3 hours • Perform Plan – within 2 hours • Grow Plan – within an hour
3. Operational Hours: There will always be at least one support team member available from 7am until 10pm, 7 days a week.
This Support Services Policy may be updated occasionally and is subject to change.

Exclusions: SEO work on blog posts, such as optimising heading tags, keyword count etc. (Unless specific instructions are provided by the client or reseller), Google Analytics configurations, such as setting up goals and e-commerce tracking, Adding entirely new sections to the website, Developing a new plugin, Graphic design work of any kind, Photography work of any kind and Video production or animation work of any kind.
Website Hosting: This is not included as part of the Services unless specifically requested.
Website Speed: We can advise on upgrading your hosting to improve the speed.
