“Smile marketing” can easily be used in business to communicate. Try these simple tips:
1) Make sure you smile when you are out and about you never know who you are going to bump into. This is really important if you are at an event too!
2) Smile when talking on the phone! They can hear it honestly.
3) The smiley face emoji is the most used and don’t be afraid to use them on social media and maybe even your emails.
4) If you have team pictures on your website and social media, capture those with a smile to show of your friendly team.
